Visually Graded. Rocks Glass cover has some light wear but overall looks great (and looks really cool). No paper inner sleeve for this one. Vinyl has a decent amount of wear on both sides that likely causes noise and pops during play. Cleaned and ready to ship in a poly sleeve.
