140 gram double vinyl LP pressing.
Originally released in 1978, Love Beach was ELP's seventh studio album overall and final album until 1992's Black Moon. The LP finds the group back to their intimate best - producing a lighter, more concise and accessible album, with the band jamming in the relaxed atmosphere of a studio in Nassau, Bahamas. As usual, ELP produced an excellent, technically accomplished mix of classical music and electronics, once again unearthing their extraordinary musical chemistry. Love Beach includes such fan favorites and concert staples as "The Gambler" and "Canario," while side two is taken up by the excellent "Memoirs Of An Officer And A Gentleman" suite.
