Visually Graded. Gatefold is fully intact with expected shelf and ring wear. Bottom of the spine has some staining, but nothing major. Also notched to signify cutout status. Vinyl has some wear and light surface scratches but overall looks really good. Cleaned and ready to ship in a poly sleeve.
