Generic cardboard "Enjoy Records" sleeve that separated on the top due to old glue and has some wear. New paper inner sleeve provided. Vinyl has some wear and what looks to be paper residue along the edges of the dead wax on the circumference of the record that does not affect play. There is some light noise, but nothing overwhelming. Overall plays great. Graded more for appearance than sound. Cleaned, tested and ready to ship in a poly sleeve.
