Visually Graded. Cover has expected shelf and ring wear as well as a sitcker in the upper left corner. The top right corner apperas to have a spot where a sticker was removed and the bottom right corner has a slight tear from the opening. Both seams are slightly split from the opening. Vinyl has some wear but overall looks pretty good. Cleaned and ready to ship in a poly sleeve.
